Job Summary of General Manager:

This role supports daily restaurant operations, ensuring a welcoming environment, quality food and beverage preparation, and outstanding guest service. The position focuses on leading team members, maintaining store standards, and supporting business performance through effective planning and coordination.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of General Manager:

• Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth workflow and guest satisfaction.
• Train, coach, and support team members to maintain service quality and brand standards.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, product levels, and equipment to support efficient operations.
• Track sales, labor, and cost controls to support financial performance and profitability.
• Manage POS functions, cash handling, and transaction accuracy.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation procedures are consistently followed.
• Assist with hiring, scheduling, onboarding, and performance feedback.
• Maintain a positive and safe workplace while addressing customer needs and concerns.

Qualifications and Experience of General Manager:

• Previous leadership experience in foodservice, retail, or similar environment.
• Knowledge of inventory, labor, and food cost management preferred.
• Experience with POS systems and basic computer functions.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Ability to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
