Role and Responsibilities:
As a Burger King Team Member, you will deliver exceptional customer service and assist in daily restaurant operations to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient environment. Your responsibilities include:
Greet customers warmly, take orders, handle transactions accurately, and resolve concerns efficiently.
Conduct transactions using cash registers or POS systems and utilize suggestive selling techniques to boost sales.
Verify customer orders and prepare and package food and beverages for service.
Maintain cleanliness in kitchen areas, preparation stations, dining areas, restrooms, and surrounding premises.
Consistently follow workplace safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all staff.
Assist with unloading and restocking inventory as needed.
Work at various stations, including front counter, Drive-Thru, prep stations, and expeditor roles.
Arrive on time and maintain consistent attendance for all assigned shifts.
Adhere to Burger King's dress code and presentation standards.
Resolve issues promptly and professionally within the restaurant setting.
Enhance teamwork skills and collaborate effectively to achieve team goals.
Foster a positive environment when interacting with customers, colleagues, and managers.
