Role and Responsibilities:

As a Shift Supervisor, you will oversee back-of-house operations, lead your team, and ensure food quality, safety, and operational excellence.

• Cultivate strong professional connections and provide guidance and feedback to all back-of-house staff
• Coordinate with management to develop training programs and monitor new team member performance
• Inspire team members to uphold food quality and safety standards, fostering accountability and ownership
• Ensure shift responsibilities, including opening and closing duties, are completed efficiently
• Maintain organization and compliance with sanitation and food safety guidelines in back-of-house facilities
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of critical back-of-house roles, including cooking, food preparation, and dishwashing

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum age of 18
• Availability to work at least 30 hours per week
• Proactive in starting and completing tasks efficiently
• Prior leadership experience, ideally in a kitchen or hospitality environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand up to 10 hours, and maintain physical endurance
• Capability to excel in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive outlook
• Team-oriented, adaptable, trustworthy, eager to learn, and determined
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues
