Extend a gracious greeting to all patrons who contact or arrive at our dining establishments
Efficiently manage the flow of guests at the entrance by warmly welcoming them, assisting with seating arrangements, and bidding them farewell as they leave
Show hospitality by accompanying our guests to their designated table and interact with them as you guide them to their seating arrangement
Handle incoming phone inquiries at restaurants with a welcoming and courteous attitude
Successfully interact with guests and your colleagues to foster clear communication
Collaborate effectively with your colleagues and demonstrate strong teamwork skills.
