Role and Responsibilities:

As a Shift Manager at Wingstop, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining food quality standards, and fostering a positive guest experience. • Ensure proper opening and closing procedures while maintaining operational efficiency and safety standards.
• Demonstrate leadership by actively participating in all restaurant roles as needed to support the team.

Required Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus.
• 13 years of experience in a restaurant, retail, or food service setting, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences and motivate team members.
• Strong communication, delegation, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and openness to learning new technology tools.
• Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
