This role is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items while maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, and food safety. The position requires accurate recipe execution, cleanliness, and adherence to safety and sanitation procedures throughout each shift.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Cook:
- Prepare menu items according to established recipes and plating standards.
- Complete all assigned prep work in an efficient and timely manner.
- Set up and maintain organized workstations as outlined by company guidelines.
- Practice safe and sanitary food handling at all times.
- Clean and sanitize the work area before, during, and after each shift.
- Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules to ensure all tasks are completed.
Qualifications and Experience of Cook:
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Able to stand for the duration of scheduled shifts.
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs comfortably.
- Preferred: 18 years of age or older.
