Job Summary of Staff Member:

Responsibilities of Staff Member:

• A little of everything- taking orders, cooking burgers & fries, building delicious sandwiches, keeping the dining room clean, prepping fresh ingredients.
• Maintain friendly, fast, and accurate service, ensuring an excellent customer experience and that all products consistently meet company standards.
• Keep the restaurant up to Five Guys company standards regarding cleanliness, neatness, and customer accessibility.
• Work as a team player to support other employees in completing their tasks.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.

Qualification of Staff Member:

• Skill in interacting effectively with our customers ensures top-notch service provision!
• Familiarity with a quick-service restaurant atmosphere is preferred but not obligatory.
• Capacity to uphold sanitation standards and comply with regulations regarding food safety.
• Capability to be punctual and follow designated work schedules.
• It is required that all participants are at least sixteen (16) years old.
• Capability to endure standing on firm surfaces for prolonged periods in varying temperatures.
• Having the capacity to elevate objects and resources weighing a maximum of 30 lbs.
• Reasonable adjustments are necessary to assist individuals with disabilities in fulfilling essential job tasks.
