Job Summary

As a District Manager, you will oversee multiple corporate dining accounts, ensuring exceptional food quality, operational excellence, and strong client relationships. This leadership role involves managing and mentoring a team of Account Managers and Directors of Dining Services while driving financial performance and regional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Oversight: Monitor overall financial performance of accounts to ensure profitability and alignment with company objectives.
Policy & Compliance: Ensure consistent and fair administration of personnel policies across all accounts.
Strategic Planning: Manage regional planning, budget analysis, and reporting to support operational and financial goals.
Sales & Growth: Participate in the sales process to expand the region and strengthen client partnerships.
Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
5–7 years of experience in contract foodservice management.
Multi-unit management experience in foodservice is required.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
Proven financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively.
Ability to travel up to 70% to support clients in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Illinois.
