We€™re looking for passionate, fast-paced, and detail-oriented team members to join us as Line Cooks/Cashiers. This role blends guest service with kitchen execution€”whether you're on the register or handling wings at the fryer, you're part of delivering a memorable, flavorful experience to every guest.

Responsibilities:

• Provide guests with a welcoming atmosphere and strive to leave them with a positive and lasting impression of Wingstop.
• Record orders with precision by utilizing the POS system during in-person interactions and phone orders.
• Gain insight into and advocate for the comprehensive menu offerings, such as condiments, recent additions, and exclusive deals.
• Take precautions and follow safety protocols when preparing and cooking bone-in wings, boneless wings, chicken strips, and fries.
• Count portions and condiments in accordance with Wingstop guidelines to ensure accuracy in every order.
• Ensure the wings and fries are timed correctly to maintain their quality and freshness for a satisfying meal.
• Arrange and present culinary offerings in a clean and visually pleasing way.
• Ensure that the kitchen and workstations are spotless and maintained throughout your shift.
• When filtering and refreshing fryer oil daily, it is essential to follow safety guidelines and wear the required personal protective equipment.
• Support your coworkers and comply with directions given by managers and supervisors.
• Address guest grievances in a professional manner and escalate to higher authorities if required.
• Adhere to safety protocols for food handling, hygiene maintenance, and the proper use of cleaning compounds.
• Qualifications and Experience:
• Preference will be given to individuals who possess one year of experience working in a professional kitchen, cooking, or as a line cook.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or as a cashier is a valuable asset.
• Maintaining a valid Food Handler Certification is a prerequisite.
• Competence in comprehending and complying with standards for ensuring food safety, hygiene, and sanitation.
• Foundational understanding of mathematics and proficiency in managing money are essential skills.
• Successful candidates will exhibit the physical aptitude to lift weights up to 25 pounds and work on foot for extended periods.

Salary:

Earnings per month may range from 14,000 to 22,000, with fluctuations based on experience, shift availability, and the geographic location of the workplace
