Role and Responsibilities:

• Assist catering customers in fulfilling guest orders while ensuring catering equipment and work areas are kept tidy.
• Collaborate with the catering team to ensure smooth coordination of both front and back-of-house operations.
• Provide professional and detail-oriented catering services to clients.
• Ensure food safety protocols and cleanliness standards are consistently followed.
• Organize the delivery of catering services, ensuring packaging and labeling materials are accurate.
• Improve communication skills to enhance interactions with clients, fellow team members, and store management.
• Ensure timely delivery and completion of catering orders.
• Work flexible hours, with full-time positions from midday to 8:00 PM, and part-time shifts starting at 2:00 PM, including biweekly Saturday shifts.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation is necessary if company car is not available.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are a must.
• Previous customer interaction experience is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to thrive independently and as part of a team.
• Must be reliable, positive, and willing to collaborate effectively with others.
• Approachable, honest, and dedicated to teamwork.
