Guest Experience Lead

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Member, you will create welcoming experiences for guests while assisting with orders and ensuring satisfaction. You will collaborate with your team to maintain high service standards and enhance the overall guest experience.

• Greet and communicate with guests while they order to ensure a welcoming experience
• Assist customers with using self-ordering kiosks and provide extra support where needed
• Check in with guests after service to confirm satisfaction and address any needs
• Provide special attention to families by ensuring children receive their kid treats
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively
• Collaborate with the restaurant team to share feedback and enhance guest experience

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior customer service or hospitality experience is a plus
• Interest in growing within the McDonald's organization through training and development programs
