Responsibilities:

As a Culinary Specialist, your duties will include:

• Delivering consistent excellence in food preparation, adhering to safety protocols and cleanliness standards.
• Preparing menu items according to specific recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Completing all assigned prep work efficiently.
• Setting up your work station according to the designated layout.
• Maintaining sanitary and safe food handling practices at all times.
• Cleaning and sanitizing the work area before, during, and after your shift.
• Completing daily and weekly cleaning tasks as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to communicate clearly and listen attentively to team members and management.
• Must be able to read and write to ensure precise communication and completion of required forms.
• Finger and hand dexterity to operate kitchen equipment and tools safely.
• Must demonstrate coordination and balance while working quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Capability to stand and maintain consistent mobility for periods of up to 8 hours.
• Be prepared for wet surfaces, extreme temperatures, and loud environments.
• Able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Must be able to move freely throughout the kitchen without restrictions.
