Role and Responsibilities:

As a Call Center Agent, you will be the voice of Pizza Hut, processing food orders and addressing customer concerns with a focus on service, accuracy, and professionalism.

• Respond to customer service requests and process restaurant food orders
• Enter and verify customer and menu data accurately
• Resolve customer concerns and assist in solving problems effectively
• Explain special offers and upsell to enhance customer experience
• Maintain order accuracy and ensure customer satisfaction
• Support marketing efforts and share enthusiasm for Pizza Hut products
• Mentor and assist new call center representatives
• Adhere to company processes and performance standards
• Interact professionally with customers and all levels of management
• Work independently and as part of a team
