Job Summary:
The Back of House (BOH) Team Member at Chick-fil-A plays a crucial role in kitchen operations, food preparation, and overall restaurant support. Responsibilities:
Execute tasks in alignment with Chick-fil-A's brand, culture, and Operator vision, ensuring product quality and positive guest experiences.

Organize, prepare, and distribute food products according to Chick-fil-A procedures.
Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors to promote transparency and collaboration.
Stand for extended periods (up to five hours) and perform tasks in fast-paced conditions.
Understand and apply basic math and measurement techniques.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the restaurant, including mopping, sweeping, trash disposal, and equipment upkeep.
Provide courteous guest interactions, regardless of assigned tasks.
Transfer goods from deliveries to designated storage areas and lift items up to 45 pounds.
Adhere to ethical standards, transparency, and teamwork principles in all duties.
