Job Summary of Team Member:

Dairy Queen assist in delivering high - quality treats and excellent customer service. This role ensures that all orders are prepared accurately, customer areas are clean and organized, and all operations meet restaurant safety and health standards in a fast - paced environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Team Member:

• Prepare and assemble treat products quickly and accurately following health and safety standards.
• Operate and maintain chill equipment safely and efficiently.
• Communicate clearly and politely with co - workers to ensure correct order fulfillment.
• Stock, organize, and rotate products in customer and chill areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of workspaces, dining areas, restrooms, and equipment.
• Assist in prep work and setup of the chill area.
• Manage food production processes to maintain consistency and quality.
• Handle trash, sweeping, mopping, and other cleaning tasks, including occasional work outside the building.
• Address customer needs and concerns promptly, maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management or shift leaders.

Qualifications and Experience of Team Member:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks repeatedly throughout a shift.
• Capable of standing and moving quickly for long periods in a high - volume environment.
• Familiarity with food handling procedures and compliance with local health regulations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good personal hygiene, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to read order monitors and recall product contents accurately.

Salary:
