Role and Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Associate at Wingstop, you will manage customer interactions, process orders, and collaborate closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely, accurate, and enjoyable experiences for every guest.   • Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming, positive atmosphere in person or over the phone.
  • Accurately process customer orders in-store and online using the POS system while recommending additional menu items or promotions.
  • Handle cash, credit card, and gift card transactions while following proper verification procedures for age-restricted items.
  • Answer guest questions, assist with menu selections, and ensure customer satisfaction through friendly and attentive service.
  • Ensure orders are fulfilled promptly according to Wingstop's established service standards.
  • Review each order for accuracy, quality, and presentation before handing it to the guest.
  • Balance the cash register at the end of each shift and prepare deposits for the next team.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the Front of House area, including counters, drink stations, and guest seating.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Uphold Wingstop's uniform and grooming standards to present a professional image at all times.
  • Assist customers in resolving issues promptly and courteously, escalating to management when needed to ensure positive outcomes.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience as a cashier or in a restaurant environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in operating electronic cash registers and POS systems.
  • Strong cash handling and basic math skills with accuracy and reliability.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining professionalism and composure.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with guests and team members.
  • Honest, dependable, and punctual with a strong sense of integrity.
  • Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid Food Handler Certification.
