Assistant General Manager

Description:

As the Assistant General Manager, you will be a key leader in the management team, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the venue. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the highest standards of guest experience, operational efficiency, and team member performance are met. This role requires a dynamic and hands-on approach to leadership, focusing on driving sales, managing budgets, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

• Proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of staff and guests.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Upholds a professional appearance and adheres to all company dress code policies at all times.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Assists the General Manager in all aspects of venue management, including leading and mentoring the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Oversees and manages all front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure seamless service and adherence to company standards.
• Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzes sales data, and develops strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Maintains high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety throughout the venue.
• Manages inventory, controls costs, and ensures proper handling and storage of all products.
• Responsible for team member scheduling, training, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Ensures compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Handles guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Assists with administrative duties, including financial reporting, payroll, and cash handling procedures.
• Fosters a collaborative and supportive working environment to maximize team member morale and productivity.
