Role and Responsibilities of Crew Cashier:

As a Crew Cashier, your positive vibes, warm smiles, eager attitude, and quick responsiveness are crucial in establishing us as the go-to choice for diners. You will be trained in the specific skills required for the position, regardless of your prior experience, to ensure your success

• Communicate and connect with clients proficiently by warmly welcoming them with a smile.
• Accurately process payments and operate cash registers effectively.
• Support patrons in making the most of digital ordering and Mobile App Rewards to build a loyal customer base for our brand.
• Prepare our signature drinks and chilled desserts with finesse.
• Fulfill positional cleaning duties to sustain a clean and inviting ambiance.
• Operate the payment and collection points effectively to ensure smooth transactions.
• Supervise and pack dine-in and drive-thru requests with precision.
• Take payments in the form of cash, credit, or check, and make sure to give back the exact change while providing customers with receipts.
• Conduct transactions with a focus on accurate pricing and quantities.
• Ensure the lobby remains spotless, replenish straws, napkins, and condiments for customer satisfaction.
• Keep tables and drink stations spotless by sweeping, mopping, and wiping them down.
• Process returns and refunds when needed and address customer grievances in a professional manner.
• Make sure that napkins, condiments, and utensils are consistently replenished during the shift.
• Always prioritize following safety and health guidelines consistently.
• Assist with the commencement or conclusion steps as requested.

Required Skills and Experience of Crew Cashier:

• Radiant enthusiasm, drive, and a need for urgency.
• Skilled in effective communication and dedicated to providing exemplary customer service.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with customers and team members.
• Proficiency in basic arithmetic is crucial for ensuring accuracy in handling cash transactions.
• Ability to effectively handle transactions using cash registers and POS terminals.
• Proficiently multitasking in a fast-paced work setting.
• Ability to sustain being upright for extended periods throughout work shifts.
• Willingness to expand knowledge and comply with directions.
• Showing a strong inclination towards teamwork and the aptitude to work in cohesion with others.
• Readiness to work various schedules, covering mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications for Crew Cashier:

• Prior work history that includes cashier responsibilities or customer service roles in food service or retail.
• Expertise in navigating POS systems as well as traditional cash register operations.
• Basic computer knowledge.
