Responsibilities of Shift Head:

• Mastering various positions at the restaurant, including cashier, grill, and prep duties.
• Supervising the store's operational hours, such as commencing and concluding business for the day.
• Monitoring adherence to food preparation protocols, overseeing staff breaks and shift transitions, and finalizing reports summarizing the day's activities.
• Enforcing adherence to corporate guidelines concerning the upkeep of machinery, buildings, and outdoor premises.
• Providing encouragement, guidance, and support to train and coach team members in executing operational duties.
• Guaranteeing food excellence and complete customer contentment.
• Developing skills for advancing to Assistant Manager or General Manager positions.

Qualification of Shift Head:

• Preferred qualifications include prior supervisory roles in either the food service or retail industries.
• Past involvement in the food service sector.
• Available every day from 11 in the morning until 10 in the evening, even on weekends.
• Proficient abilities in effectively conveying messages through both writing and speaking.
• Proficiency in fundamental business mathematics, computing skills, and internet operations.
• Proficient problem-solving skills and effective decision-making capabilities.
• Flexibility in different scenarios is essential.
• Capability to endure extended periods of standing in both high and low temperatures, as well as the capacity to handle lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
