Job Summary of Kitchen Staff:

The main duty of Kitchen Staff is to ensure that JACK IN THE BOX guests receive an exceptional level of service characterized by superior food quality, outstanding customer care, and a spotless dining environment. This involves proficiently managing designated workstations in compliance with prescribed protocols and adhering to the organization's guidelines on food safety, guest hospitality, and cleanliness. Consistent and timely attendance is a key expectation for this role. Positions as Customer Service/FOH Team Members are commonly available as either full or part-time employment opportunities within the restaurant field.

Having worked in customer service, cashiering, associate roles, restaurant crew member positions, team member jobs, or other part-time roles in the restaurant industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities of Kitchen Staff:

• Operating cash registers and providing customer service are essential components of managing workstations for guests in dine-in and drive-thru environments
• Giving priority to the value of hard work and dedication in ensuring successful outcomes

Requirements of Kitchen Staff:

• The minimum age requirement is 16 years old.
• Capable of clear understanding and communication in the English tongue.
