Responsibilities for Baking Crew Member:

Be involved in preparing and baking a wide selection of baked goods, which includes specialty items like cookies, pastries, bread, cakes, and pies.
Control the functioning of ovens and baking devices, making certain that temperatures are precise and baked goods are cooked impeccably.
Oversee ingredient inventory levels, order necessary supplies, and maintain correct ingredient storage procedures.
Follow proper cleaning and sanitizing protocols to create a safe and hygienic atmosphere for baking activities.
Perform consistent checks on baked products to validate they align with the bakery's requirements for appearance, texture, and flavor.

Physical Requirements for Baking Crew Member:

Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to bend, knead, and lift heavy bags of flour, sugar, and other baking ingredients (up to 50 pounds).
Ability to work with hot ovens and baking equipment.
Must be able to work in a warm and fast-paced environment.
