Basic Qualifications:

• Proficient in task allocation and team coordination for a period exceeding half a year
• Experience of at least six months engaging directly with customers in a service context
• One year of customer service experience, with a preference for those who have worked in retail or restaurant roles
• Upholding a pattern of regular attendance and on-time arrival, regardless of potential accommodations
• Ready to work during different time slots, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and nights
• Competent in assisting or coaching individuals in creating food and drinks according to recipe standards, with the flexibility to accommodate special orders
• Competence in ensuring compliance with operational policies and standards, encompassing safety protocols, cash transactions, and the caliber of beverages dispensed
