Role and Responsibilities:

As a Busser your primary role is to provide exceptional service to guests and help with the day-to-day tasks of running the restaurant in order to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient space.

• Provide a cheerful reception to patrons, note down their requests, manage payments, and attend to customer issues with a high level of professionalism
• Manage cash registers or POS terminals, utilizing upselling techniques to enhance purchase amounts
• Confirm the precision of guest preferences and organize and box meals and beverages for consumption
• Keep the kitchen zones, counters, spots for food preparation, kitchen tools, dining places, toilets, and outdoor areas spotless
• Sustain a commitment to health and safety measures in the workplace
• Support in the unloading and stocking of inventory as per requirements
• Fulfill duties at different workstations, which may involve serving customers at the front counter, Drive-Thru service, preparing orders, and expediting tasks
• Ensure you are on time and attend all shifts that are assigned to you
• Ensure that you follow Burger King's standard policies for uniforms and grooming without fail
• Efficiently handle restaurant concerns with professionalism and speed
• Develop group proficiencies and engage jointly to fulfill team aims
• Engage in optimistic conversations with guests, peers, and leaders
• Operate with precision under stress in a rapid-paced setting
• Sustain a reputation for dependability and faithfulness
• Proficiency in written communication, mathematics, and interpersonal skills is crucial for thriving in this position
