Job Summary of Service Staff:

We are looking to add Service Staff to our team; come work in a fast-paced, enjoyable atmosphere! As a member of the Five Guys care Staff, you will take orders, cook, maintain the restaurant in immaculate condition, and give everyone who enters our doors the greatest possible customer care.

Responsibilities of Service Staff:

• Managing a mix of duties that involve taking orders, cooking burgers and fries, making delicious sandwiches, tidying up the dining room, and preparing fresh ingredients.
• Ensure friendly, efficient, and precise service delivery to maintain a superior customer experience and consistent adherence to company-wide quality regulations.
• Ensure that the restaurant meets Five Guys' criteria for cleanliness, tidiness, and customer convenience.
• Assist other staff members in task completion through cooperative efforts.
• Execute all supplementary duties as needed.

Qualification of Service Staff:

• Talent in connecting with our guests guarantees the delivery of superior customer service!
• While it is preferred to have worked in a fast-food setting before, it is not a strict requirement.
• Ability to maintain a clean store environment while following protocols for food safety compliance.
• Proficiency in timeliness and adherence to planned work hours.
• Potential participants must meet the age requirement of sixteen (16) years.
• Capacity to tolerate standing on solid surfaces for long durations in both warm and cool climates.
• Proficiency in lifting items and resources up to 30 lbs in weight.
• Essential functions can be effectively carried out by individuals with disabilities through reasonable accommodation measures.
