Role and Responsibilities of Maintenance Janitor:

Help management in achieving and sustaining excellent levels of cleanliness and the proper maintenance of restaurant equipment.
Daily filtration of oil in fryers is necessary to uphold hygiene standards.
Maintain outside grounds.
Keep equipment in pristine condition, clean windows inside and out, organize stock rooms, and sanitize restroom facilities.
Unload items from the delivery truck twice per week.
Eliminate and empty the trash.
Change light bulbs.
Keep HVAC/exhaust units and roof clear of debris through regular cleaning.
