We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee the entire Game and Technical Operations section, known as the Midway. The Game Support Assistant will function as a key manager, directing technical support, guest experience, and overall arcade efficiency. You will be instrumental in driving technical performance and guest satisfaction within a high-volume, exciting environment.

• Possesses a deep enthusiasm for operating within a fast-paced, combined dining and entertainment venue.

• Capable of managing high-traffic business days while maintaining a physically active role and extended work schedule (approximately 50 hours weekly).
• A proven ability to manage both macro-level strategies and micro-level operational details of the business.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• A minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within the Restaurant, Hospitality, or Technical Services sector.
• Competence in controlling labor expenditure and the cost of goods sold.
• Strong grasp of business operations and financial acumen.
• A talent for guiding a team to deliver unparalleled guest experiences.
• Availability to work during peak times, including nights, weekends, and all holidays.
• Comfortable working in an energetic, loud environment with numerous distractions.

Responsibilities:

• The Game Support Assistant will exercise broad leadership, supervision, and strategic direction over Midway/Game Support operations, implementing operating standards to boost technical efficiency and guest satisfaction under the General Manager's direction.
• Cultivate positive staff relationships, delegating duties effectively and building strong team morale.
• Evaluate performance metrics and create strategic initiatives to maximize revenue and manage expenses, aiming to meet or surpass financial projections.
• Oversee the successful implementation of all team training and development programs.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels and managerial coverage for the Midway area to meet business demands and optimize the customer experience.
