Basic Qualifications:

• Skilled in task delegation and team coordination with a background of six months or more
• Beyond six months of practical engagement with customers in a service-related role
• Experience of one year in customer service, with a preference for candidates who have worked in retail or restaurant environments
• Upholding a pattern of regular attendance and on-time arrival, regardless of potential accommodations
• Capable of adjusting work hours to include early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and nights
• Competent in assisting or coaching individuals in creating food and drinks according to recipe standards, with the flexibility to accommodate special orders
• Proficiency in meeting the requirements of operational guidelines and standards, including safety procedures, financial transactions, and beverage quality
