• Manage day-to-day operations, including financial performance, cash handling, inventory management, staff activities, financial reporting, and implementing effective strategies.
• Develop strategies to foster the professional growth of the management team and crew members.
• Maintain excellent service standards for customers.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, and monitor the completion of safety, cleanliness, and operational checklists to guarantee guest satisfaction and pass inspections successfully.

Requirements:

• Experience managing or assisting with management responsibilities in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) or fast food establishments.
• Salaried QSR or casual restaurant management experience (preferred).
• Proven history of driving sales growth and improving financial performance.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on developing others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate diverse social and professional situations.
• Ability to handle tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
• Strong knowledge of food and labor cost management to ensure profitability and business sustainability.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales performance.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
