Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or cash handling role preferred, but not required.
• Applicants must be at least 16 years of age.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting (e.g., restocking supplies).

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process customer orders and payments using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer reconciliation at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Provide exceptional customer service, greeting guests warmly and assisting with menu selections.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues with a positive and helpful attitude.
• Ensure the front counter and dining area remain clean and organized.
• Assist with stocking condiments, napkins, and other front-of-house supplies.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain the ability to stand consistently throughout entire shifts.
• Safely navigate confined spaces and operate cash register equipment.
