Job Summary of Assistant Dining Manager:

The Assistant Dining Manager will support the Store Manager in executing the restaurant's daily activities in compliance with the brand and franchise expectations, connecting with customers and staff members, and managing the restaurant when the Store Manager is off duty.

Responsibilities of Assistant Dining Manager:

• Support the manager in daily operations
• Focus on 100% Guest Satisfaction
• Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to according to franchise and brand standards, including but not limited to food safety and cleanliness, product promotions, and cash handling
• Coach and train a dedicated team as directed by management; provide feedback to management and crew
• Deploy team members appropriately throughout the shift, communicate crew responsibilities
• Perform as a member of the crew in food production, guest service, store cleanliness and organization
• Assume management duties of the restaurant in the Store Manager's absence

Requirements of Assistant Dining Manager:

• Those under the age of 19 are not permitted to participate
• It is required to hold a valid driver's license
• Achieving a high school diploma or a GED are acknowledgments of meeting the educational requirements at the high school level
• Required to undergo and pass a comprehensive background screening
• Prior experience working in a fast-casual dining establishment for a duration of 1-3 years is essential, with a preference for candidates with experience at Dunkin'
• Longing to be a part of the staff in an expanding organization
• Approaching situations with optimism, upholding high ethical standards, demonstrating a diligent approach to work, and possessing multitasking skills
• Exceptional interpersonal talents for delivering superior customer support
• Robust leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and adept organizational capabilities are critical attributes
• Required to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Must be capable of being on one's feet for long periods of time
