Role and Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Kitchen Supervisor, you will lead and support a team dedicated to excellent service and food quality. You will help build a high-performing crew and foster an environment where everyone thrives.

• Run the restaurant on a daily basis to ensure customers leave satisfied and content
• Provide assistance, motivation, and guidance to facilitate effective teamwork among team members
• Foster a culture in the workplace that is inclusive and promotes positivity for everyone
• Ensure that the restaurant adheres to its standards for cleanliness and quality in all areas
• Assist in accomplishing sales and profit targets
• Administer responsibilities including managing deposits and overseeing shifts

Required Skills and Experience:

• The ideal candidate will have accumulated at least two years of managerial experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail environments
• Expertise in creating and sustaining a harmonious team setting
• Devotion to ensuring exceptional customer service and excellent culinary offerings
• Lively, candid, inspiring, and enthusiastic method of leadership
• Verified capability in setting and adhering to elevated performance benchmarks
• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and at least one year of driving experience in the U.S.
• Consistent travel methods (excluding public transportation)

Preferred Qualifications:

• A keen interest in acquiring knowledge, growing, and confronting novel tasks in the arena of restaurant leadership
