Wingstop Shift Manager

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Shift Manager at Wingstop, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining food quality standards, and fostering a positive guest experience. Working closely with management, you'll help lead the team, drive performance, and promote Wingstop's core values of integrity, service, and excellence.

• Prioritize guest satisfaction by delivering excellent customer service and fostering a supportive work environment.
• Assist in overseeing guest relations, product preparation, inventory control, and the overall ambiance of the restaurant.
• Support hiring, training, and supervision of team members, and contribute to performance evaluations and staff scheduling.
• Maintain strict compliance with food safety procedures and company policies.
• Help manage daily administrative duties, including sales tracking, labor analysis, payroll support, and expense control.
• Oversee accurate cash handling, reconciliation, and bank deposits.
• Collaborate with the management team to execute marketing and community engagement activities that promote the Wingstop brand.
• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures while maintaining operational efficiency and safety standards.
• Demonstrate leadership by actively participating in all restaurant roles as needed to support the team.

Required Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus.
• 13 years of experience in a restaurant, retail, or food service setting, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences and motivate team members.
• Strong communication, delegation, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and openness to learning new technology tools.
• Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule:
