Job Summary of Crew Leader:

In this position, the Crew Leader will oversee and mentor Crew Members during their shift to ensure they meet operational Brand requirements and provide customers with a pleasant and enjoyable visit. They establish targets, delegate responsibilities, and encourage team members, recognizing accomplishments and offering timely assessments.
