Role and Responsibilities of Maintenance Worker:

• Help management in their efforts to attain and uphold exceptional cleanliness standards and proper equipment maintenance in the restaurant.
• Filter the oil used in fryers on a daily basis as part of the maintenance routine.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean and maintain equipment, wash windows inside and out, keep stock rooms organized, and sanitize restroom areas.
• Unload deliveries from the truck on a biweekly basis.
• Dispose and eliminate the rubbish.
• Change light bulbs.
• Perform regular cleaning on HVAC/exhaust systems and remove debris from the roof.

Required Skills and Experience of Maintenance Worker:

• Interest in learning and performing responsibilities related to physical maintenance.
• Efficiency in collaborating within a rapid team environment.
• Ensuring cleanliness and equipment standards necessitates a consistent commitment and reliability.
