Qualifications:

  • Proven capability in operating the point-of-sale system (e.g., Micros), including accurately processing various payment types, managing cash floats, and reconciling all transactions at the end of the work period.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills in English are mandatory for clear guest engagement and internal team collaboration.
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to all guests, crafting a memorable visit that merges games, food, and beverages within a setting designed for maximum fun.
  • Promptly notify the assigned manager or supervisor of any operational malfunctions or significant issues that arise.
  • Act proactively to resolve or correct service problems, or recommend effective solutions when necessary.
  • Maintain an inviting and positive energy for both customers and colleagues.
  • Diligently comply with all corporate standards pertaining to food and beverage hygiene and sanitation protocols.
  • Be fully responsible for a personal cash bank, guaranteeing all financial activities are exact by using card machines correctly, providing precise change, and keeping an appropriate stock of currency.
  • Strictly follow all established guidelines for responsible alcohol service, prioritizing intoxication prevention and judicious management of intoxicated customers.
  • Observe guest interactions and recognize situations that necessitate escalation to management.
  • Greet all seated guests with immediate and genuine warmth.
  • Accurately take and submit guests' food and drink selections.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the entire menu to confidently address inquiries regarding meal preparations and drink ingredients.
  • Rapidly and correctly enter orders into the Micros system, applying all required modifications and charges.
  • Ensure every served item is presented well and assist in delivering trays to appropriate tables or other dining zones as required.
  • Execute duties swiftly and effectively, consistently upholding the operational philosophy of “Full hands in, Full hands out.”
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down areas for special events and parties.
  • Support in clearing and sanitizing tables as the pace of business dictates.
  • Offer assistance to fellow staff members whenever needed or required by business volume.
  • Be accountable for all sales processed under personal Micros credentials and reliably complete all assigned side duties at the beginning and conclusion of the shift.
  • Engage enthusiastically in sales-boosting promotions and contests to elevate sales and brand exposure.
  • Adhere to exact portioning guidelines to ensure cost control while maximizing guest delight.
  • Ensure continuous guest satisfaction by conducting timely check-ins, maintaining drink levels, removing empty dishes, pre-bussing, and rapidly addressing all guest requests.
  • Keep the assigned work zone clean and orderly, properly setting up and dismantling service stations.
  • Collaborate effectively with all team members to promote a positive, high-performing, and efficient workplace environment, contributing to strong team morale.
  • Must possess strong, persuasive communication to build excitement about the D&B experience.
  • Actively listen to comprehend guest needs and orders, and communicate clearly both verbally and via the Micros system with customers and the team.
  • Comply with the mandated uniform standards, maintaining a professional, neat, and clean appearance at all times.
