Responsibilities:

• Deliver friendly, accurate, and prompt service to every customer, ensuring an enjoyable experience.
• Key duties include greeting all customers warmly, efficiently taking food orders, processing payments, and expressing sincere gratitude.
• Accurately assemble food and beverage orders, and verify that all orders are 100% complete and correct before serving.
• Assist in preparing and properly storing food ingredients according to safety standards.
• Proactively address customer needs and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safety throughout all work areas, including the dining room, restrooms, and kitchen.
• Provide consistent support to teammates and managers to ensure smooth daily operations.
