Qualifications and Experience of Assistant Store Manager:

• 1–3 years of leadership experience in a high-volume food service setting, preferably quick service.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional business or hospitality training is an advantage.
• Proven ability to manage food costs, labor, and operational expenses effectively.
• Knowledge of safe food handling practices; ServSafe certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of working in varying temperature conditions and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Professional, punctual, and committed to maintaining high service standards.
