Responsibilities of Team Member:

• Performing a variety of tasks, such as receiving requests, grilling hamburgers and fries, assembling tasty sandwiches, maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area, and preparing high-quality ingredients.
• Uphold a pleasant, efficient, and precise customer service approach to guarantee a high-quality client interaction and maintain the company's established product criteria.
• Adhere to Five Guys corporate guidelines to ensure the restaurant's cleanliness, tidiness, and accessibility align with company standards.
• Collaborate with your colleagues to assist them in accomplishing their responsibilities.
• Fulfill any additional tasks as required.

Qualification of Team Member:

• Proficiency in engaging with our visitors ensures delivery of exceptional customer care!
• Prior work in a fast-food setting is advantageous, though not mandatory.
• Demonstrating proficiency in maintaining store cleanliness and adhering to food safety protocols.
• Punctuality and commitment to arriving at work promptly and sticking to assigned working hours.
• To participate, an individual must be a minimum of sixteen (16) years in age.
• Capacity to remain on solid ground for extended durations in both hot and cold conditions.
• Capable of handling loads weighing up to 30 pounds.
