Job Summary of Baking Decorator:

As a Dunkin' Donuts franchisee, we are seeking full and part time Baking Decorator to join our team of cake artists. Hours are flexible and can be completely independent!

Responsibilities of Baking Decorator:

• Managing the reception and processing of cake orders through online, telephone, and in-store communication methods
• Organizing cake and icing inventory is vital in ensuring smooth bakery functioning
• Running the cake decorating station includes duties such as mixing icing, refilling decopacs, and maintaining hygiene standards
• Conforming to design standards in cake decorating practices
• Sustaining a positive and genial working association with patrons, team members, and superiors
• Ensuring that product displays are stocked and maintained to meet quality and merchandising requirements
• Potential for diversifying experience through cross-training in different restaurant areas

Requirements of Baking Decorator:

• Skilled cake decorator with a background spanning over a year.
• Proficient in conveying messages effectively through writing and speech.
• Thorough and systematic in approach
