Qualifications:

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting, ideally as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager.
• A proven track record of successfully managing P&L, driving sales, and optimizing operational efficiency.
• Exceptional ability to recruit, train, and develop a diverse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Strong guest service orientation with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering an outstanding dining experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere.
