Role and Responsibilities:

As a Checkout Team Member at Wingstop, you will be responsible for creating an inviting and efficient front-of-house experience for every guest. You will handle orders, manage transactions, and ensure each customer enjoys a smooth, positive, and flavorful visit. • Warmly greet guests in person and over the phone to provide a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently when entering orders.
• Stay knowledgeable about menu offerings, sauces, and promotions to make personalized recommendations to customers.
• Process cash, card, and gift certificate transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Check orders for accuracy and presentation before handing them to guests for pickup or dining.
• Ensure orders are prepared, packaged, and delivered promptly.
• Reconcile the cash drawer at the end of shifts and ensure financial accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house and guest area.
• Comply with all food safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold a safe work environment.
• Address guest questions or complaints courteously, escalating to management when necessary.
• Represent Wingstop's brand by maintaining a neat, polished, and professional appearance.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in a cashier, food service, or restaurant role is preferred.
• Possession of, or willingness to obtain, a valid Food Handler Certification.
• Proficiency with computerized POS systems and digital transaction processing.
• Strong cash-handling accuracy and basic math proficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest interaction.
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
• Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering high-quality customer service.
• Exemplifies integrity, honesty, and accountability in all aspects of work.

• Monthly earnings ranging from 13,000 to 20,000, depending on experience, shift availability, and performance.
