Role and Responsibilities:

As a Billing Clerk at Pizza Hut, you will play a key role in our finance and administrative operations by ensuring accurate billing, timely processing, and efficient recordkeeping. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help keep our financial processes running smoothly while supporting both internal teams and external partners.

• Prepare, review, and issue accurate invoices to customers and business partners
• Process billing adjustments, credits, and reconciliations as needed
• Maintain up-to-date records of accounts receivable and ensure timely collections
• Verify transactions against company policies and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Collaborate with the accounting team and other departments to ensure financial accuracy
• Respond to billing inquiries from customers and provide clear, professional communication
• Ensure compliance with all financial procedures and company standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in Accounting or related field is a plus
• Prior experience in billing, accounting, or clerical finance roles preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial records
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with teams and customers
• Reliable, dependable, and committed to confidentiality in handling financial data

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the restaurant, retail, or hospitality industry is a plus
• Familiarity with financial reporting and ERP systems
