Role and Responsibilities:

As a Regional Manager, you will oversee multiple Wingstop restaurants, providing guidance, leadership, and operational oversight to ensure profitability, efficiency, and compliance. You will be responsible for mentoring store managers, implementing strategic initiatives, and upholding the company's mission to serve the world flavor.

• Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurants to ensure consistency in food quality, guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and team productivity.
• Recruit, train, and develop management teams to uphold Wingstop's standards of excellence and accountability.
• Lead by example, fostering a culture of professionalism, enthusiasm, and responsibility among team members.
• Optimize operational efficiency through effective scheduling, inventory management, and cost-control strategies.
• Monitor regional financial performance, set performance goals, and implement tactics to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and company operational policies across all locations.
• Facilitate regular leadership meetings to align teams with company objectives, standards, and brand vision.
• Collaborate with district and corporate teams to execute local marketing strategies and community engagement initiatives.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining high satisfaction ratings across all stores.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning, internal growth, and operational excellence within every team.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Extensive experience managing restaurant operations, with a preference for candidates who have managed multiple Wingstop locations or similar quick-service brands.
• Current Food Manager Certification required for compliance with food safety standards.
• Valid TABC Certification required for regulatory compliance.
• Reliable transportation with flexibility to travel across assigned locations.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed to support regional operations.
• Slip-resistant black shoes required as part of the uniform policy.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish preferred but not mandatory.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving.
