Role and Responsibilities:

As a Part-Time Cashier at Wingstop, you will be responsible for processing customer orders, managing payments, and ensuring an enjoyable and efficient guest experience. You will collaborate closely with the kitchen and service teams to maintain seamless operations and uphold Wingstop's commitment to flavor and quality.

• Greet guests warmly, both in person and over the phone, to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
• Accurately enter customer orders into the POS system with efficiency and precision.
• Stay informed about menu offerings, sauces, and promotions to make personalized recommendations.
• Handle cash, credit, and gift card payments responsibly and accurately.
• Review all orders for accuracy, quality, and presentation before delivery to the guest.
• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders while maintaining consistency and efficiency.
• Reconcile and balance the cash register at the end of each shift, ensuring accuracy in reports.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout all guest and service areas.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to promote a safe and hygienic environment.
• Respond to guest questions or concerns with professionalism, involving management as necessary.
• Represent Wingstop's brand image through professionalism, teamwork, and a positive attitude.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in cashiering or restaurant service is preferred but not required.
• Valid Food Handler Certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Proficiency in using electronic POS systems and managing cash transactions.
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Dependable, respectful, and consistently professional in conduct.
• Demonstrates honesty, integrity, and accountability in all responsibilities.
