Provide superior service to every guest, ensuring a memorable experience combining food, drinks, and games in an environment designed for ultimate fun.
Immediately inform the manager or supervisor of any operational issues or matters of significance.
Proactively address and correct problems, or suggest effective solutions as needed.
Cultivate an inviting and enjoyable atmosphere for both guests and fellow team members.
Strictly follow all company guidelines related to food and beverage sanitation and hygiene.
Maintain accountability for a personal cash bank, ensuring the accuracy of all financial activities by correctly operating card machines, providing precise change, and keeping an adequate supply of bills and coin.
Adhere to all responsible alcohol service policies, focusing on preventing intoxication and appropriately managing intoxicated patrons.
Observe guest behavior and identify situations requiring management intervention.
Warmly and promptly welcome newly seated guests.
Accurately record and place guests' food and beverage orders.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the full menu to expertly answer questions regarding dishes, drinks, and their preparation.
Swiftly and correctly input orders into the Micros system, applying necessary modifications and charges.
Ensure that all served items are properly presented and assist with delivering trays to designated servers or other dining areas as required.
Operate with speed and efficiency, consistently practicing the “Full hands in, Full hands out” principle.
Assist with the preparation and breakdown of event spaces and parties.
Help with clearing and resetting tables as business demands.
Provide support to colleagues as necessary or when dictated by business volume.
Be responsible for all sales processed under personal Micros credentials and diligently complete all assigned side work tasks at the start and end of the shift.
Actively participate in promotional campaigns and contests to boost sales and enhance brand visibility.
Follow precise portioning standards to control costs while maximizing guest satisfaction.
Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by performing timely check-backs, maintaining beverage levels, removing empty items, pre-bussing, and promptly addressing guest needs.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, properly setting up and dismantling service stations.
Work collaboratively with all team members to foster a positive, productive, and efficient work environment, contributing to high morale.
Must possess persuasive communication skills to build excitement around the D&B experience.
Actively listen to understand guest orders and needs, and effectively communicate both verbally and through the Micros system with guests and team members.
Adhere to the specified uniform code, maintaining a neat, clean, and professional appearance at all times.
