Responsibilities of Shift Operations Manager:

As a Shift Operations Manager, you'll help create an uncommonly good experience for every guest by:

• Preference is given to individuals with past experience in management or leadership.
• Candidates with a background in customer service are preferred.
• Ensuring an extraordinary guest and team member experience with a focus on positivity and vitality.
• Encouraging adherence to company guidelines for food quality, cleanliness, and operations to foster a culture of food safety.
• Recognizing and praising team members for their diligent work and commemorating victories at the conclusion of each shift.
• Allocating responsibilities to your top-notch team to ensure that they exceed the expectations of each guest.
• Developing structured routines for opening, mid-day, or closing responsibilities in your shift to facilitate a productive transition for the succeeding team.
• Demonstrating outstanding skills in attending to guests and communicating effectively.
• Satisfying the physical prerequisites of the position, including tasks like standing for long stretches, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting objects up to 55 pounds, and completing everyday responsibilities in a restaurant atmosphere, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Qualifications:

• Having the ability to obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Having availability for night, weekend, and holiday shifts is a plus.
