Shift Lead

As a Shift Lead at Papa John's, you'll play a crucial role in the daily operations of our restaurant. Working closely with the management team, you'll help ensure our customers receive top-notch products and exceptional service, all while contributing to the store's profitability. We're looking for a highly motivated and team-focused individual who can inspire their colleagues and uphold a strong sense of accountability. Your responsibilities will include overseeing various operational aspects during your shift, ensuring adherence to all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems. You will also assist in maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, as well as upholding our ethical business practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation is essential.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possession of a valid driver's license is a plus, especially for delivery duties.
• Proficient cash handling and management skills.
• Demonstrated history of stable and successful employment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Capable of performing all restaurant duties, including pizza making and potential delivery.
• Proven ability to independently lead a team during a shift.
• Familiarity with standard office equipment, including phones, computers, and copiers.
• Highly dependable and punctual.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
• Ability to open or close the restaurant as scheduled.

• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, dependability, and a sense of urgency to achieve results.
• Responsible for opening and/or closing duties, securing the restaurant and preparing for the next shift.
