Role and Responsibilities

As a Store Clerk, you will handle customer interactions, manage transactions accurately, and maintain an efficient, welcoming service area that reflects Wingstop's commitment to excellence.

• Greet all guests warmly and enthusiastically, whether in person or over the phone.
• Accurately process orders using the POS system and ensure efficiency in every transaction.
• Stay informed about menu items, sauces, promotions, and provide personalized recommendations to customers.
• Handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions with accuracy and integrity.
• Double-check all orders for accuracy, presentation, and timely fulfillment.
• Ensure prompt delivery of completed orders to guests.
• Reconcile the cash drawer at the end of each shift and report financial summaries accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all customer-facing areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a safe, hygienic workspace.
• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism, escalating to management when necessary.
• Ensure all visual and service standards align with Wingstop's brand image and operational guidelines.

Required Skills and Experience

• Previous experience as a cashier or in a restaurant environment is preferred.
• Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid Food Handler Certification.
• Proficiency with computerized POS systems required.
• Strong basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Excellent communication abilities and a positive attitude when engaging with customers and team members.

Salary
