Role and Responsibilities:

The key goal for a Store Associate is to deliver top-notch customer service and assist with the operational functions of the restaurant to uphold a hygienic, secure, and effective atmosphere.

• Greet customers in a friendly manner, jot down their inquiries, process payments, and deal with any problems that arise in a professional manner.
• Incorporate cash registers or POS technology into sales operations while employing compelling selling tactics to enhance revenue generation.
• Evaluate the accuracy of customer orders and prepare and package food and beverage items for takeout.
• Keep the kitchen zones, countertops, food preparation areas, utensils, dining spots, bathrooms, and outdoor regions clean by removing any dirt and grime regularly.
• Continue to prioritize the adherence to health and safety guidelines within the workplace setting.
• Support with the handling and tracking of inventory management as required.
• Supervise responsibilities across various workstations, covering tasks like operating the front counter, managing Drive-Thru transactions, preparing meals, and ensuring efficient service.
• Always be present at your designated shifts punctually without fail.
• Make sure to consistently comply with Burger King's standard regulations for uniforms and grooming requirements.
