• Assist with leading team members during assigned shifts to maintain smooth store operations

• Support training and coaching of new and existing staff
• Ensure preparation areas remain clean, organized, and aligned with safety guidelines
• Monitor task completion and help team members stay on track
• Promote safe food handling and adherence to daily operational standards

Qualifications and Experience of Shift Leader:

• Experience in food service, retail, or hospitality is helpful
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable offering feedback and assisting with basic training
• Dependable, organized, and able to multitask in a busy environment

Salary:

Compensation ranges from 16.25 to 19.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
